Delete Your Aruvia Account

You can permanently delete your Aruvia account from any supported browser or the Android app.

Delete your account

Sign in to Aruvia and open Settings.
Select the Delete Account button.
Type "DELETE" and select Delete to confirm.

Deletion may be blocked while one of your characters has an active auction or leading bid. Resolve or wait for those auctions to settle, then try again.

If you cannot access your account

Email contact@qedized.com from the email address associated with your Aruvia account and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your authentication accounts and sessions, characters, inventory, activities, skills, storage, push subscriptions, and most other account-owned gameplay data.

Chat and private-message content may be retained for moderation but is no longer linked to your deleted account or character records. Some historical game snapshots may also remain for integrity, moderation, debugging, or legal reasons. See the Privacy Policy for complete details.
